Customer Relations Manager
We're looking for a Customer Relations Manager to make the guest experience seamless, manage reservation processes, and raise satisfaction standards.

- Professionally manage individual and corporate customer reservations.
- Ensure the effective use of the reservation system.
- Maintain written and verbal communication with customers with a superior service approach.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and develop improvement suggestions.
- Contribute to the planning and optimization of workshop programs.
- Keep the customer database up to date and use the CRM system effectively.
- Monitor and respond to customer comments on social media platforms.
- Ensure customers’ access to the workshop location.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer relations or reservation management.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Advanced level of English (speaking and writing).
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Experience with reservation and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and organized working ability.
- Experience in tourism, event management, or the art/culture sector is a plus.
- Solution-oriented and able to work under pressure.
