Customer Relations Manager

We're looking for a Customer Relations Manager to make the guest experience seamless, manage reservation processes, and raise satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage individual and corporate customer reservations.
  • Ensure the effective use of the reservation system.
  • Maintain written and verbal communication with customers with a superior service approach.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and develop improvement suggestions.
  • Contribute to the planning and optimization of workshop programs.
  • Keep the customer database up to date and use the CRM system effectively.
  • Monitor and respond to customer comments on social media platforms.
  • Ensure customers’ access to the workshop location.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer relations or reservation management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Advanced level of English (speaking and writing).
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Experience with reservation and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail and organized working ability.
  • Experience in tourism, event management, or the art/culture sector is a plus.
  • Solution-oriented and able to work under pressure.
