Workshop Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Professionally present cultural workshops such as Turkish coffee experience, stained glass painting, and mosaic lamp making to adult participants.
• Ensure that participants have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Contribute to the development of workshop content.
• Participate in special program implementations for corporate clients.
• Maintain high quality standards in premium and VIP experiences.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in at least one traditional Turkish art or craft.
• Fluent English (a second foreign language is an advantage).
• Strong communication skills and group management experience.
• Class B driver’s license and driving experience.
• Team-oriented, positive, and solution-focused approach.
• Preferably experience in training, teaching, or similar roles.
